Return policy

You not satisfied with the product you got? If so, then follow these instructions:

Request a return by sending an e­mail to: fitwithimperative@gmail.com, with the subject line: RETURN and the ORDER NUMBER. You must get in contact with us after you receive the product(s) to let us know about your wish to return it. Our team will get in contact with you, authorizing you to send the product back. We should get back to you within 1-­3 business days.

Returns must be returned within 7 workable days after the date that the package was received. IMPERATIVE FIT will not accept any returns after 7 days.

Items may be returned for Store Credit only, we do not refund the payment but we will issue a credit store. 

Returned items must be unworn and unwashed (free from any stains such as makeup, deodorant and others) with all IMPERATIVE FIT and product tags attached.

SHIPPING COSTS TO RETURN ARE TO BE PAID BY THE CUSTOMER. 

The shipping carrier you use to return merchandise (POSTE,DHL, FEDEX) is up to you, but we strongly suggest choosing the method in which you got the shipping from IMPERATIVE FIT, Also, it is recommended that you choose a carrier that provides tracking.

When returning products that you were not satisfied with, IMPERATIVE FIT is not responsible for lost return packages and shipping fees.
